We started Regen Dining because we saw how much stress and decision fatigue revolved around food - especially for families who want to eat well, but don’t have the time. Our chefs specialize in once-a-week in-home meal prep that focuses on intentional nourishment and tailored to your family’s lifestyle and preferences. Whether it’s picky eaters, mixed dietary needs or just trying to eat something besides takeout - we create fully prepared meals that make the rest of the week easier and dinnertime a joy.

Chef May and Chef Emmett lead Regen Dining with a shared purpose: to make sustainable, chef-crafted meals feel both elevated and effortless. Blending culinary artistry with intention, they create food that honors its origins and brings people back to the table. Together, they bring a balance of creativity and care to every family they serve.

    Deeply passionate about the intersection of sustainability and gastronomy, Chef May is proud to put our planet at the center of everything she does. Her formal culinary journey began at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona, where she honed her skills training under renowned chefs from top restaurants in the world such as El Bulli, Mugaritz and El Celler de Can Roca. She brings classical technique to the highest quality food the Bay Area has to offer. With a commitment to sourcing ingredients ethically and supporting local farmers, she and her clients work together to change the way we produce and consume food. Through her work, she hopes to inspire others to embrace sustainable practices and savor the beauty of food that truly gives back to the Earth.
